About Kenard Walker Jr

Our Client Relationship Specialist, Kenard Jr., is a proud yet humble, and faithful man of God whose focus is on serving. He is dedicated to providing clients with the best possible solutions for building their new custom/semi-custom home, all the while building a solid relationship that's built on trust, integrity, and authenticity. That's how he views all relationships, whether it's working with clients, or connecting with other real estate professionals. He possesses a quality that fits who WE are. 

Born in Tacoma, WA, raised in Chicago since the age of 6 months, Kenard established his roots here in Florida almost 10 years ago. He studied at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and completed his Bachelor's Degree at Saint Xavier University. Kenard is a dedicated and loving family man, and an extremely excited new father!
Outside of making sure you are taking care of with the utmost respect and professionalism, he enjoys time outside with his family, at restaurants, working out/training, and at Disney Springs for sure!

There are a couple of key professional experiences Kenard brings to you and your homebuilding process. Being a successful Realtor, he establishes client relationships, knows this real estate market, and is of course knowledgeable on the process of building. Also being a former business owner for many years, and a personal trainer, he poured his heart and skills into all of his clients.
